Recently, a few members have enquired about staging their own shows or events during our annual CMAOntario Festival & Awards weekend.
We heard you, and in response, we are introducing our Affiliated Events Program; a chance to take advantage of the opportunity created when our country music community comes together.
We believe that artists who succeeded in the selection process for our performance opportunities deserve to have the undistracted attention of our attendees. While we cannot endorse events that compete with our own programming, we are pleased to offer a limited number of slots for events that complement our programming.
By organizing an official CMAOntario Affiliated Event, you will have the opportunity to showcase your event to our members and festival attendees with the support of CMAOntario, including social media and inclusion in the newsletter and website.
Where possible, organizers will be able to display their own promotional materials in the main conference area.
Reserve your slot – slots are limited, and applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
Official Affiliated Event Fee: $100.00

Guidelines:
To apply for a time slot, submit your request through the link below. Events should align with the association’s goals and contribute to the overall experience of the weekend.
Affiliated Events can be, but are not limited to, showcases and open mics. If an artist performance is promoted in advance, it has always been CMAOntario’s policy to ensure they are compensated for their performance. We ask that Affiliated Event organizers respect the artist. An open mic format is usually non-compensated, so would fall outside our historical values. If the organiser(s) is/are charging admission, artist compensation should be considered.
CMAOntario is not responsible for the planning or execution of any of the Affiliated Events. All planning, logistics, and costs associated with the event are the sole responsibility of the host.
Affiliated Events may be open to the public or by invite only.
Signage for Affiliated Events is the sole responsibility of the host but can be displayed in the main conference area.
