2025 CMAOntario Awards On Sale

THE CMAONTARIO AWARDS RETURN TO HAMILTON IN 2025

HAMILTON, ON – The Country Music Association of Ontario announced today that Hamilton will be the host city of the 2025 CMAOntario Festival and Awards, presented by Cowbell Brewing Co., from May 30-June 1, 2025. With a legendary music scene and thriving country roots, Hamilton offers the perfect stomping grounds to showcase and celebrate Ontario’s country music talent.

This will mark the third time that Hamilton will host the event, with previous editions taking place in 2021 and 2023. The 13th annual CMAOntario Awards will cap off a weekend of festivities on Sunday, June 1, 2025 at The Music Hall. Country music fans will have the opportunity to celebrate their favourite country artists and experience up-close interactive performances by some of the top names in Ontario country music throughout the weekend.

“Hamilton is excited to welcome back CMAOntario’s Festival and Awards this spring. Our city’s vibrant music scene is enriched by incredible homegrown artists, and we look forward to welcoming top country music talent from across the province. As fans, artists, and industry professionals gather for CMAOntario’s concerts at The Music Hall, I encourage everyone to explore Hamilton’s dynamic downtown, from its culinary hotspots to its thriving arts and culture scene. We look forward to celebrating the best of Ontario country music and making this a truly memorable event.” – Andrea Horwath, Mayor of Hamilton

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to partner with the Country Music Association of Ontario! We believe there’s no better pairing than premium craft beer and the soulful, feel-good energy of country music. Together, we’re raising a glass to celebrate the incredible artists, fans, and community that make Ontario’s country music scene so special.”

Natasha Fritzley, President
Cowbell Brewing Co.

Hamilton is Home goes the popular local expression, and that’s just what it feels like as we return to Hamilton for the 13th annual CMAOntario Festival and Awards, to reward and celebrate the best of us. We look forward to the reunion all year, a chance to reconnect with our roots, engage with the community, and to applaud the accomplishments of our Ontario country family.” – Patrick Duffy, CMAOntario Chair

Additional details regarding nominees, performers and weekend events will be announced in the coming weeks.
