Photo Session Opportunity for Artists/Bands

CMAOntario is offering members an exclusive opportunity for a professional photo shoot to deliver that striking photo that will help you make a powerful first impression. Up to eight (8) artists/bands will have the opportunity to be selected for a 45-minute photo session with the eminent Canadian photographer Rob Waymen during the CMAOntario Festival & Awards weekend in London, Ontario, June 1-3, 2018. Widely recognized for delivering award-winning images for over twenty years, Rob Waymen’s attention to detail, mastery of lighting and colour, and ability to get the shot – no matter how demanding – is valued by a diverse group of clients and photo enthusiasts.

All artists / bands will have their “before and after” imaging presented and discussed as the focus of the “DEVELOPING YOUR IMAGE: THE BIG REVEAL” panel at 9:30 AM, Sunday June 3rd, at CMAOntario’s Road to Independence (R2I) TuneUp Conference at the Delta London Armouries Hotel.

To Qualify:

All artists/bands must be an active CMAOntario member.

Artist/Band must be registered to attend the R2I TuneUp Conference in London, Ontario June 2-3, 2018.

Entrants must submit a current promo photo along with:

• Artist/Band Name
• Address including city and postal code
• Contact info (Phone, E-mail)
• Bio
• Link to social media channels
• Link to website
• and 1 MP3 or link to music

Submit all required information to info@cmaontario.ca with “CMAOntario Photo Session” in the subject line in order to be eligible for consideration for this opportunity.

All submissions must be received by MAY 6, 2018.

Details:

Up to 8 (eight) artists/bands will be selected for this opportunity. Spots are limited.

Artists/bands will be selected by the image and design team. Decisions are based on the photos submitted. Artists/bands whose photos demonstrate the highest potential for improvement will be considered more favourably.

The decision of the selection committee is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winners will be notified within approximately 7 days of the submission deadline date.  A list of the artists/bands selected will be available on request by emailing info@cmaontario.ca

Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, or replaced if lost or damaged.
