TIM HICKS RELEASES NOSTALGIC TRIBUTE “I MISS TOM PETTY”
Tim Hicks released his latest single, “I Miss Tom Petty” on July 5th. Tim took home the coveted Fans’ Choice at the CMAO Awards this past June, as well as Country Artist or Duo Of The Year at the Jim Beam Indie Awards, presented by Canadian Music Week. With more dates being added often, check in with his website regularly to catch a Tim Hicks show near you.
CALLIE MCCULLOUGH RELEASES NEW SINGLE
Nominated this year for a CMAOntario Award in the “Roots Artist or Group of the Year” category, Callie McCullough has dropped her new single, “Great Big Sky” – a nod to her Celtic and Folk influences. This is Grammy-nominated producer Dave Brainard’s third project with McCullogh, following the acclaimed singles “What If I Don’t” and “All That I Want”, which received radio airplay in Canada, the U.S. and the UK.

NATE HALLER’S NEW SINGLE “DRIVE” OUT NOW
NATE HALLER
Award-winning Nate Haller is out of the gate with the release of his new single “Drive.” Nate will be hitting stages across Canada this summer, including stops at Festivent 2024 (July 31), Boots & Hearts (August 9) and Lucknow’s Music in the Fields (August 24). Nate has been camping out in songwriting rooms over the last year and rumour has it that “Drive” is the opening act for a batch of new music in 2024.

BREE TAYLOR’S “SKIP TO THE END” RELEASED JULY 19th.

July 19th marks the date of Bree Taylor’s latest release, “Skip to the End”. That same day, she makes her debut at Country on the Bay, opening for Sawyer Brown, Josh Ross and High Valley. “Skip to the End” goes in the washing machine paying homage to Blink-182 and Avril Lavigne but comes out of the dryer as a country song. Bree recently appeared along with 5 other Mississauga artists in the CMAOntario co-presentation of ‘Sauga Sunday on June 2nd.

ELYSE SAUNDERS RELEASES NEW SINGLE “DIRT”

Following her Female Artist of the Year win at this year’s CMAOntario Awards, Elyse Saunders released her new summer single “Dirt”, which climbed to 100K streams in just a week of its release and was chosen by Holler Country Magazine for their “Best New Country Roundup”. It’s a breakout year for Elyse, chosen as Bell Media/iHeart Future Star and Rogers Radio’s “One to Watch” earlier this year. RYAN LANGDON RELEASES LATEST SINGLE “WHISKEY BOTTLE”

Canadian country artist Ryan Langdon launched his new single, “Whiskey Bottle”, on all streaming platforms June 27th, via Hidden Pony Records. Ryan’s previous releases, “Lit In The Sticks” and “Crossfaded” are echoed in the character of “Whiskey Bottle”, co-written with Jim Witter and Andrew Martino (Down with Webster). Ryan is also gearing up to perform shows in Toronto this summer, with announcements coming soon. Stay up to date on his website and socials.

THE REKLAWS “PEOPLE DON’T TALK ABOUT”
Chart-topping, multi-PLATINUM duo The Reklaws released “People Don’t Talk About” across all streaming platforms this month. The updated dolby atmos version of the track offers listeners an unparalleled, multi-dimensional listening experience. This innovative audio format allows fans to hear every nuance of The Reklaws’ performance, making them feel as if they’re right in the room alongside them.
The release followed the duo’s appearance on America’s Got Talent where they performed the song, and earned four enthusiastic ‘YES’ votes from judges Simon Cowell, Sofia Vergara, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel. The award-winning duo were also announced as performers at this year’s 2024 CCMA Awards in Edmonton, AB this Fall.

DAYNA REID “LOVE NOWADAYS”
Dayna Reid’s recent release, “Love Nowadays”, is has become the frontrunner for a summer of festivals, including Boots and Hearts, Calgary Stampede, Cavendish Beach Music Festival and Lucknow’s Music In The Fields. Having toured with Tim Hicks in 2023, Dayna is set to release her next song later this month with more new music on the way this year.

DUSTIN BIRD LATEST SINGLE “GOT IT” OUT NOW
After moving to Nashville a year ago, Dustin Bird has established himself as an artist, producer and songwriter. Dustin returns with his first single in a year, “Got It”, which recently dropped on June 28th. A visualizer is set to release later this month to accompany the single.

Il s’agit du troisième projet du producteur Dave Brainard, nommé aux Grammy Awards, avec Callie McCullough, après les singles acclamés « What If I Don’t » et « All That I Want », qui ont été diffusés à la radio au Canada, aux États-Unis et au Royaume-Uni.

LE NOUVEAU SINGLE DE NATE HALLER “DRIVE” SORT MAINTENANT
Nate Haller, lauréat d’un prix, sort son nouveau single « Drive ». Cet été, Nate se produira sur les scènes du Canada, notamment au Festivent 2024 (31 juillet), à Boots & Hearts (9 août) et au Music in the Fields de Lucknow (24 août). Nate a campé dans des chambres d’écriture au cours de la dernière année et la rumeur veut que « Drive » soit le premier acte d’un lot de nouvelle musique en 2024.

“SKIP TO THE END” DE BREE TAYLOR PARUE LE 19 JUILLET
Le 19 juillet marque la date de sortie du dernier album de Bree Taylor, « Skip to the End ». Ce même jour, elle fait ses débuts au Country on the Bay, en première partie de Sawyer Brown, Josh Ross et High Valley. « Skip to the End » passe dans la machine à laver en rendant hommage à Blink-182 et Avril Lavigne, mais ressort du sèche-linge comme une chanson country. Bree a récemment participé, avec cinq autres artistes de Mississauga, à la coprésentation de « Sauga Sunday » par CMAOntario, le 2 juin.

La version dolby atmos actualisée du titre offre aux auditeurs une expérience d’écoute multidimensionnelle inégalée. Ce format audio innovant permet aux fans d’entendre chaque nuance de la performance de The Reklaws, leur donnant l’impression d’être dans la pièce à leurs côtés.
Cette sortie fait suite à la participation du duo à l’émission America’s Got Talent, où ils ont interprété la chanson et obtenu quatre « OUI » enthousiastes de la part des juges Simon Cowell, Sofia Vergara, Heidi Klum et Howie Mandel. Le duo primé a également été annoncé comme interprète aux 2024 CCMA Awards qui se tiendront à Edmonton, en Alberta, cet automne.

LE DERNIER SINGLE DE DUSTIN BIRD “GOT IT” EST DISPONIVLE DES MAINTENANT
Après avoir déménagé à Nashville il y a un an, Dustin Bird s’est établi en tant qu’artiste, producteur et auteur-compositeur. Dustin revient avec son premier single depuis un an, “Got It”, qui est sorti le 28 juin. Un visualiseur devrait sortir dans le courant du mois pour accompagner le single.
