The Mudslingers are locked and loaded to rock the country.
They work hard, and it shows. They’re the perfect combination of fresh energy and veteran musicianship. They balance the heritage of Country Song Writing with modern production, and just enough rock edge to add spice without being too spicy- like the perfect hot wings on a Friday night.
The music is engaging and catchy. They’ll have you singing along, drumming on your dashboard and giving the best air guitar riffs you’ve had in decades.
These boys aren’t just another studio trick. Seeing the Mudslingers live is likely to be one of the most energizing concerts you’ve seen. We all have to get our hands dirty in life. Why not celebrate it by slinging it around a little? Join the party with the Mudslingers, County’s Hottest Ticket.
Latest from The Mudslingers – “Togethering” https://youtu.be/awx0ha1LJK8
Their latest single ‘Togethering’ tells the story of a guy who’s never had luck with the ladies. He somehow meets a girl who turns things around. It’s an old story told in a new way.
‘I’m on my way. She asked me over.
You never know, I might get to stay.
We’re getting closer, another couple days and see?
Sometimes its just meant to be. Mama said there’s a lid for every pot’….
The Mudslingers are locked and loaded to rock the country. Definitely an act to get out and see!

When the James Barker Band began to make its mark on the Ontario country music scene after forming in 2013, it didn’t necessarily have a five-year plan.
But now, in 2018, the quartet has seen its career blossom following the success of its debut release, Game On, with a slot secured at the Cavendish Beach Festival and a new EP waiting in the wings.
“You always look toward the future, and you don’t always see it as part of a long-term plan,” says frontman Barker. “You just keep your nose to the grindstone all the time, and then you look up one day and realize you’re a lot further ahead than you were five years ago.
“We just try to keep the same work ethic, playing as many shows as we can, getting in front of as many people, and just keep on releasing new music. Don’t let off the throttle.”
