Artist of the Month: Olivia Mae Graham
Olivia Mae Graham discovered her love for music at the tender age of eleven when she first picked up a guitar. Her favourite childhood memories are of her parents shuffling her to and from music lessons, supporting her passion. Olivia continued to pursue her love of music through education at the Harris Institute for the Arts, where she graduated Valedictorian, with an Honours Music Business Professional Certification. She then obtained her Master of Songwriting in Scotland.
At the core of her artistry is a desire to uplift and empower others through the positive messages woven into her heartfelt lyrics. From songs like “Pretty Different” and “Mean Girls” to “Red Rose” and her latest single, “I Can’t Move”, Olivia uses the lessons she’s encountered to create community through her songs.
“Red Rose” was Olivia’s introduction to country radio, where she was added to several stations, including SiriusXM’s Top of the Country Radio and was featured
on Wendy Boomer’s Canadian Club on Rogers radio.
In 2023, Olivia achieved the remarkable feat of selling out three hometown shows and four additional shows across southern Ontario.
Currently, Olivia is hard at work on her province-wide school tour, where she’ll share her insights on bullying, pursuing one’s dreams, and her blossoming music career while promoting her single “Mean Girls”.
Adding a little sparkle to everything she does, Olivia’s music emotes positivity, growth, and learning through the lens of a 20-something navigating her way through the world.
Her latest single, “I Can’t Move,” is available everywhere now!
