Composé de Joanie Charron et de Marie-Soleil Provost, Sugar Crush s’est imposé sur la scène country francophone. Depuis qu’il a remporté le prix Fans’ Choice Award au Gala Country 2022, tenu au Festival Western de St-Tite, et qu’il a été mis en nomination pour le prix Breakthrough Artist of the Year, le duo a conquis le cœur des fans grâce à son style coloré et enjoué.Leur dernier EP, PAUSE (2023), mêle harmonieusement émotions sincères et rythmes énergiques. Le single « J’aurais dû » a même atteint le sommet du Stingray Franco Country Chart. Et la vague Sugar Crush n’est pas près de ralentir. Leur tout nouveau single, « C’est bon pour les peines d’amour », sera diffusé à la radio le 1er mai, puis en version numérique le 8 mai ; un autre titre qui promet d’être aussi accrocheur qu’authentique.

Les prochains mois seront des moments marquants pour le duo qui s’apprête à faire voyager sa musique country francophone sur deux continents. From the very first ukulele notes, the tone is set: it’s impossible to stay still when Sugar Crush takes the stage. Their infectious energy, sweet harmonies, and festive vibe turn every
performance into a true country party. It’s this unique blend of passion and connection with the audience that makes them so irresistible.

Comprised of Joanie Charron and Marie-Soleil Provost, Sugar Crush has made a bold mark on the francophone country scene. Since winning the Fans’ Choice Award at the 2022 Gala Country, held at the Festival Western de St-Tite, and earning a nomination for Breakthrough Artist of the Year, the duo has captured the hearts of fans with their colorful and upbeat style.

Their latest EP, PAUSE (2023), seamlessly blends heartfelt emotions with energetic rhythms. The single “J’aurais dû” even reached the top of the Stingray Franco Country Chart. They are
also nominated for the second year in a row at the CMAOntario Awards in the Francophone Artist or Group of the Year category.

And the Sugar Crush wave isn’t slowing down anytime soon. Their brand-new single, “C’est bon pour les peines d’amour”, will hit radio on May 1st, followed by a digital release on May 8 th ; another track that promises to be as catchy as it is authentic.

The next few months will be milestone moments for the duo as they prepare to take their francophone country music across two continents. From April 14 to 24, they will be fulfilling a dream by touring Africa, with a series of performances in Togo and Benin. This is a rare opportunity to connect with a brand-new audience and share their Francophone music on aninternational scale. Then, this summer, they’ll head to Europe, performing on July 27 at Festival Country Craponne 43 in France.
